摘要
从油气管道的腐蚀检测方法分析入手,介绍了目前较为成熟、应用较为普遍的外腐蚀检测技术(密间隔电位检测法、电压梯度检测法、皮尔逊检测法、多频管中电流检测法、变频-选频检测法)和内腐蚀检测技术(漏磁检测法、涡流检测法、超声波检测法和射线检测法),分析了各种技术的优缺点。结合近年来在油气管道腐蚀检测方面的一些应用经验,提出了管道腐蚀检测技术存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
Corrosion detection technology of oil and gas pipeline including external corrosion detection techniques (close interval potential measurements, the DC potential gradient method, the AC voltage gradient detection method, Pearson detection, and more frequency tube current method, frequency - frequency method) and internal corrosion detection technology (magnetic flux leakage detection method, eddy current testing, ultrasonic detection method and ray detection method) are introduced in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of the various technology is analyzed. Pproblems of pipeline corrosion detection are proposed and the development trend are prospected.
