摘要
使用化油器供油的小型汽油机在高原地区工作时,进气量和供油量随海拔高度的增加而减少,且量值不同,混合气变浓,尾气排放增加,不能满足整机排放限值要求。以F15舷外机用汽油机为样机,基于试验研究和汽油机燃烧机理分析,得出汽油机在相同油气混合比条件下,高海拔工作和平原工作的汽油机功率、燃油消耗率及CO、HC、NOX整机比排放值之间的量化关系;依据排放法规限值和汽油机性能特点,得出不同海拔高度下满足EPA排放法规要求的供油系统校正方法。确定了F15汽油机高海拔地区工作满足EPA法规要求的技术方案,应用此方案的汽油机已通过美国EPA排放法规认证。
The volumes of the intake air and fuel supply of small gasoline engines decrease with the increasing altitude when they are operated on the plateau region, thus the concentration of the mixture change to be thick and the emissions are increasing. Take outboard marine gasoline engine F15 as an example, the quantitative relationship of its power, fuel consumption rate, the hourly fuel consumption and CO, HC, NOx specific emission values in the high altitude and plain working environment with the same mixing ratio conditions was obtained, based on the experimental study and gasoline combustion mechanism analysis. According to the emission regulations limits and gasoline performance, the correction and analytical methods of the fuel system were obtained, which meet the EPA emission regulations in different altitudes. The technical scheme was determined to make the performance of F15 high-altitude working fully meets U.S. regulatory requirements, and it has passed the certification of EPA emission regulations.
