摘要
设计了一种微型步进电机驱动控制器,通过上位机界面修改步进电机转速、旋转角度、细分系数。该设计以STM32F103T8U6作为主控制器,以A4988步进电机驱动设备,上位机串口界面作为人机接口界面,详细分析步进电机驱动设备的工作原理、各部分接口电路以及控制器设计方案。通过实物设计实现了步进电机转速、正反转任意角度和细分系数的控制,并通过精确计算步进脉冲个数实现了任意旋转角度的精确控制,该驱动控制器步进角度精度高达0.112 5度。
The article designs a new drive controller for micro-step motor, which modifies speed, rotation angle and coefficient of segmentation of the micro-step motor through host computer interface. In the program STM32F103TSU6 is used as the master controller and the drive device of micro-step motor is A4988. Man-machine interface is serial port PC interface. In the article, the principle of the drive device of micro-step motor, interface circuit as well as the design solution of the controller is detaileal analyzed. The production achieves the following functions: the control of micro-step motor's speed, any angle of positive inversion and coefficient of segmentation. The control of any angle of positive inversion is achieved by means of pulse number of micro-step motor. The level .of precision of positive inversion's angle is up to 0.1125 degree.
