摘要
目的对文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge)果壳的化学成分进行研究,以期更好地开发利用文冠果果壳。方法采用制备薄层色谱、反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱和制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为对苯二酚(hydroquinone,1)、对羟基苯乙腈(4-hydroxybenzylcyanide,2)、花椒毒素(xanthotoxin,3)、木犀草素(luteolin,4)、山柰酚(kaempferol,5)、柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,6)、槲皮苷(quercitrin,7)、二氢红花菜豆酸-3'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(dihydrophaseicacid-3'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,8)。结论化合物1~4、6、8为首次从文冠果属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the husks of Xanthoceras sorbifolium Bunge. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography, preparative TLC and preparative HPLC. Lat- er, their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and their physico-chemical properties. Re- sults Eight compounds were obtained and identified as hydroquinone( 1 ) ,4-hydroxybenzylcyanide(2 ), xan- thotoxin (3), luteolin ( 4 ), kaempferol ( 5 ), naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 6 ), quercitrin ( 7 ), dihy- drophaseicacid-3 '-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 8 ), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1- 4,6 and 8 are isola- ted from Xanthoceras genus for the first time.
