摘要
当前,社会公众对教师的期望值越来越高,对教师的职业道德要求越来越严格,加强高校教师职业道德教育,应明确对高校教师职业道德规范的认知、注意职业自律内化职业精神和培养高度的职业责任感三个方面。
At present, the social public expectations of teachers＇ value is more and more high, the teacher occupation morality is required more and more strictly, strengthening occupation moral education of university teachers, should be clear about the uni- versity teacher occupation ethics cognition, attention occupation occupation spirit and cultivate self--discipline internalization oc- cupation high responsibility three aspects.
