摘要
自从诞生之日起,"教授治学"就充满问号。当前一方面政府难以放手、大学内行政化过度,导致学术话语式微;另一方面在这种生态下,大量优秀教师忙顾左右而言他,已经远离育人之本。因而倡导"教授治学"颇有必要,但这也仅是权宜之计。大学的治理范式从纵向看可以归纳为四种治理型:威治型、人治型、法治型和道治型,而每一治理型的横切面,都是学术权与行政权和政治权的博弈。
The idea of professors" academic governance begs the question since its existence. On the one hand, the current decline of academic discourse results from the government's reluctance to loosen the control and the excessive administration in universities. On the other hand, numerous outstanding teachers are too distracted to focus on nurturing students in such an environment. In this sense, advocating professors" academic governance is of necessity, but it can serve only as expediency. From a vertical perspective, the governance paradigm in universities can be classified into four modes: authority-centered, man-centered, law-centered and morality-centered. Each paradigm witnesses the gaming between academic power, administrative power and political power.
