Advances and obstetrical outcome of fertility-sparing surgery for cervical cancer

摘要 宫颈癌是女性常见生殖系统肿瘤,目前发病呈年轻化趋势,未生育患者比例也随之明显增多,保留生育功能的宫颈癌手术对此类患者尤为重要。本文将对保留生育功能的宫颈癌手术的适应证、手术方式及术后妊娠情况进行综述。 Cervical cancer is a common female reproductive system cancer, and the age of patients is getting younger and younger. As a result, fertility-sparing surgery is very important for the nulliparous patients. This article briefly summarized the indications, surgical progress and the pregnancy after the fertility-sparing surgery.
