摘要
为了能在节能减排的同时促进高耗能企业健康发展,探索了一种新的供电方式用以优化高耗能用电。针对能耗大、高污染的高耗能企业,在差别电价研究的基础上,引入具有节能效应又具有分布式能源发电集群体的虚拟电厂概念,建立虚拟电厂运营模式下差别电价的二层优化模型,并对优化后所取得的社会综合效益进行分析。通过算例仿真得到虚拟电厂和供电公司各自售电量以及统一的最优销售电价;对比节能设备改造前后所取得的社会综合效益,结果表明:该双层优化模型的有效性和合理性,为政府机构制定合理的电价政策提供具有实际意义的参考,更好地促进企业健康发展。
In order to save energy and promote the healthy development of energy-intensive enterprises, a new power supply mode to optimize the power consumption of high energy-consuming consumers is explored. Firstly, on the basis of differential power price researched, the concept of virtual power plant for heavy energy consumption and high pollu- tion enterprises is introduced, which has distributed energy generation groups and energy-saving effects. Secondly, the bi-level optimization model of differential power price in the virtual power plant operations mode is set up. Finally, the optimal social integrative benefits is analyzed. By simulation, electricity sales of virtual power plants and supply com- panies as well as optimal unified price are obtained. The social benefits is compared between the current situation and previous case. The results show the validity and rationality of this bi-level optimization model, which can provide meaningful reference for government agencies to develop a reasonable price policy, and can promote the healthy development of the enterprises.
