摘要
针对石化行业腐蚀环境下常用的双相不锈钢的特点进行简要分析,指出双相不锈钢是一种同时具有铁素体(ferritic)奥氏体(austenitic)组织的不锈铜,铁素体含量在40%~60%,具有优异的抗腐蚀性能,并兼备良好的可焊性.重点分析了在双相不锈钢焊接时,线能量、冷却速度、层间温度、焊接材料以及保护气体等因素对焊缝性能的影响,着重强调了在针对性措施得当的情况下,其得到的组织性能、物理性能、化学成分及耐蚀性能均有可靠保证.理论分析结果在某炼厂一台高压换热器上得到成功应用.
This paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of duplex stainless steel commonly used in the corrosion environment in petrochemical industry.It points out that duplex stainless steel contains both ferritic and austenitic organization with 40%~60%of ferrite content which possesses excellent corrosion resistance feature and good weldability.The paper focuses mainly on the analysis of the effect of line energy,cooling rate,temperature between layers,welding materials and protective gas and other factors on the performance of welding seam during the welding process of duplex stainless steel.And it accentuates that with proper pertinent measures,the organizational performance,physical properties,chemical composition and corrosion resistance can achieve reliable guarantee.The theoretical analysis results obtained successful application in a high pressure heat exchanger of one refinery.
