摘要
本文对两种热浸锌材料进行了盐雾试验,通过失重法和磁性测厚法两种不同的方法评价了其耐蚀性,并通过镀锌层密度换算比较了两种评价方法的优缺点,初步发现失重法较为快速准确,磁性测厚法存在一定的偏差和测试中的难点。
In this paper, there is two kinds of hot-dip galvanizing material for salt fog test, by gravity method and magnetic thickness method, two different methods to evaluate the corrosion resistance, by galvanized layer density conversion, compared the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of evaluation methods, preliminary findings weightlessness method is relatively fast and accurate, magnetic thickness method has certain deviation and the difficulty in the test.
