摘要
为研究装载机用液力变矩器扭振特性,对某双涡轮变矩器进行台架试验。通过对动力输入、输出端的扭矩波动信号分析,了解了该液力变矩器的扭振隔振性能。试验结果表明,在变矩器低转速比时,有低于40 Hz且能量较强的扭振成分透过该变矩器,可激励起下游传动零部件的共振,而高于70 Hz的扭振能量基本无法透过该变矩器,这为评价变矩器动态特性提供了试验依据。
To study the torsional characteristics of the hydrodynamic double turbine torque converter is performed. The input and output torque converter, a dynamometer experiment of signals of torque fluctuation are analyzed. At low speed ratio, a torque fluctuation below 40 Hz is found to pass through the torque conveter with sufficient engergy to excite resonances of the downstream mechanical system, but the torque fluctuation above 70 Hz is not. It provides experimental foundation for evaluating the torsional characteristics of the hydrodynamic torque converter.
