摘要
电液伺服飞行模拟转台为复杂的、大型的专用仿真设备,在半实物仿真实验系统中,为飞行器提供角姿态运动。在频繁、长时间使用的情况下,其技术状态可能产生变化,所以就需要对飞行模拟转台的性能指标进行校准。由于飞行模拟转台工作环境的特殊性,需要研发一种新的能够应用于转台的校准方法。本文建立一种新型的激光干涉测量系统,给出了该系统的组成和原理,分析了测量过程中的误差来源和影响,说明了其在飞行模拟转台校准方面的应用。
Electro-hydraulic servo flight simulator is a complex , larges-cale special equipment for simulation .It provides angular posture movement for aircraft on hardware in the loop simulation system. In the frequent case of prolonged use, the technical status of flight simulator may be changed, so its per-formance indicators need to calibrate.Due to the special nature of flight simulator environment, the devel-opment of a new calibration method can be applied to the turntable calibration is necessary.In this paper, a new type of laser interferometer measurement system is presented, and the composition and principle of this system are given, the sources and influences of errors in the measurement are analyzed, and the ap-plication of system in flight simulator calibration area is illustrated.
