摘要
在蒋庄煤矿3下煤层710工作面实际跨采工程中,为降低上部工作面超前支承压力峰值对底板巷道的影响,提出工作面超前注水法。通过分散上部工作面开采形成的超前支承压力,降低支承压力峰值,避免过大的应力峰值集中传递到底板巷道围岩而导致底板巷道围岩失稳。结果表明,超前注水后,煤体强度降低23%,底板巷道的顶底板移近量最大160mm,超前影响距离为70m,达到预期效果。
For the engineering in 710 working face in coal seam 3 of Jiangzhuang Mine,this paper put forward the “advance water injection method” to achieve the goal of reducing the advance support pressure on the floor roadway as the solution. Dispersing the advance support pressure caused by the mining of the working face reduced the pres sure peak to avoid transferring the excessive stress peak to the surrounding rock of floor roadways and thus im- proved the stability of surrounding rock. The results show that this method has achieved the desired effect,reducing the coal strength by 23% with the greatest convergence of 160 mm between the roof and floor of roadway,and the advance affecting distance is 70 m.
