亚临床型甲状腺功能减退症对妊娠的影响 被引量：8

摘要 目的：探讨亚临床型甲状腺功能减退症（下文简称＂甲减＂）对妊娠结局的影响。方法：选取2010年10月-2011年12月在太原市妇幼保健院就诊并回访的孕期妇女450例,采用化学发光法（CIA）进行甲状腺功能激素系列（TSH、FT4、TPO-Ab）测定。结果：亚临床型甲减妊娠不良结局明显高于甲状腺功能正常者,而足月分娩率明显低于甲状腺功能正常者。结论：亚临床型甲减与不良妊娠结局有明显相关性,要重视亚临床型甲减的发生;进行孕前及孕期甲状腺功能筛查很有必要。
