摘要
高职营销与策划专业人才培养的课程体系设计需考虑技术和技能两个基本点。本文根据当前课程体系设计要体现产业发展派生的新技术和岗位需求(或职业标准)、生源结构;要体现知识、能力和实践教学成系统;要兼顾营销职业资格证书获取,并借鉴大赛中的新技术和新标准等要素的要求,分析了三段式课程体系的设计的弊端,提出了建立柔性可组的单元课程体系的思路。
Design of higher vocational marketing and planning professional training curriculum system need to consider two basic attributes and skills.This paper analyzes the problems of the design of three phase curriculum system and proposed the establishment of the unit curriculum flexible set of ideas based on the demands of current curriculum design,such as it should reflect the need for jobs(or occupation standard) and the structure of students that derived by new technology industrial development,it should reflect the systematic of knowledge,ability and practice teaching,it should take the marketing occupation qualification certificate obtained into account,it should use new technology and new standard afforded by the competition.
