摘要
重塑党群关系是目前党员干部走群众路线的重要目的之一。新时期，党员干部依靠行政授权或职位授权形成的权力性领导力已不足以起到有效的领导作用．非权力性领导力视角下党员干部的品格因素、才能因素、感情因素以及知识因素对党员干部走好群众路线，密切党群关系产生重要影响。而基于群众支持形成的非权力性领导力．是未来党员干部走好群众路线的必备素质。
To reshape the party-mass relationship is one of the important purposes of the mass line for the Party members and cadre to go. In the new period, the leadership by power the Party members and cadres rely on, which is formed from administrative license authorization or position authorization, is nnt enough to have effective leader- ship, and the factors of the Party members＇ and cadres＇ characters, talents, emotion and knowledge under the vi- sual angle of non-power leadership have important influence on going well the mass line and the close Party-mass relationship.
