摘要
电力的快速发展,迫切需要进行基于在线稳定分析电网模型一体化维护的研究。文中简单介绍了电网模型的维护现状及存在问题。重点研究不同时间、不同空间电网模型维护管理机制,研究广域、分布式的"源端维护、全局共享"的电网模型一体化维护管理技术,实现调度中心内部以及调度中心之间的统一电网模型维护与管理,最后阐述了该系统整体功能架构,并给出具体的功能设计方案。
The rapid development of power system require urgely the need for integrated maintenance of the grid model. This paper introduces simply the present situation of the grid model maintenance and existing problems. Focus of attention is on the management mechanisms of online/offline maintenance, and integrated model maintenance management technology which is wide-area, distributed and ~maintenance at source of data, sharing data within whole grid. This paper realized integrated maintenance between multiple control centers and various professionals within control centers. Overall functional structure of the system was expounded, and concrete functional design schemes for operational modes were proposed.
