摘要
无源器件作为通信网络中的重要部分受到越来越多的关注,器件的功率容限则直接影响着整个系统的工作质量。在传统测试要求的基础上,设计了一种针对无源器件在多载波调制信号下的功率容限测试系统。系统应用VC++提供的MFC进行编译,通过GPIB和LAN搭建自动测试系统,实现了测量仪器的程控,数据的采集、实时显示和处理等功能。测试结果表明,各项测试数据均满足无源器件功率容限的系统指标,同时提高了测试效率,具有较好的稳定性和扩展性。
As the important part of communication network, the passive device is more and more paid attention to. The power capability of the device affects the performance of the whole system directly. According to the traditional request of power capability test, a new test system for passive device, using multicarrier modulation signal, is proposed. The automatic testing system, which controls the devices remotely, is designed and implemented with the interface of GPIB and LAN using MFC of VC++. The function of data acquisition, data real-time display and data processing is realized in the system. All the test results meet the indicators of the power capability test, and show that the system, raise the testing efficiency, has an excellent steady state performance and good expansibility.
