某医院临床分离339株病原菌种类及其耐药性调查 被引量:1

INVESTIGATION ON 339 SPECIES OF CLINICAL ISOLATED PATHOGENIC BACTERIA AND DRUG RESISTANCE OF A HOSPITAL

摘要 目的了解医院临床分离病原菌及其耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用细菌分离鉴定技术和药敏试验方法,对某医院住院病人送检标本分离的病原菌种类和药敏试验结果进行调查与分析。结果该医院在2013年上半年共分离出感染病原菌339株,其中革兰阴性杆菌占49.26%,革兰阳性球菌占26.84%,真菌占23.89%。以大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为优势菌群。大肠埃希菌对所试验的23种临床常用抗菌药物中的11种耐药率达到50%以上;肺炎克雷伯菌和铜绿假单胞菌对其中6种不同抗菌药物的耐药率超过50%。金黄色葡萄球菌对所试验的17种抗菌药物中的11种耐药率超过50%。结论该医院临床分离的感染病原菌中仍以革兰阴性杆菌为主,但真菌比例较高;优势菌群严重耐药,应依据耐药性监测结果合理选择抗菌药物。 Objective To understand the clinical isolated pathogens and their drug resistance in hospital,and to provide evidence for clinical rational use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods Bacteria identification technologies and susceptibility testing methods were used to investigate and analyze species of pathogen and antimicrobial susceptibility test results of a hospital inpatients’ samples. Results 339 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the hospitals in the first half of2013,which gram- negative bacilli accounted for 49. 26%,Gram- positive cocci accounted for 26. 84%,fungi accounting for 23. 89%. Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus were the dominant flora. Escherichia coli accounted for more than 50% antimicrobial resistance rates in 11 of23 kinds of clinical commonly used antibiotics; Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in 6 kinds of antibiotics accounted for over 50 % antimicrobial resistance rates; Staphylococcus aureus in 11 of 17 kinds of antibiotics accounted for more than 50% antimicrobial resistance rates. Conclusion Gram- negative bacteria is still dominated in clinical isolated pathogenic bacteria,and fungi also has high proportion. The advantage flora are serious resistance to antibiotics,we should choose reasonably based on resistance monitoring results.
