摘要
详细分析了一台对旋轴流风机的二级叶轮叶片断裂的事故原因。首先通过用户描述,了解了事故风机概况,并勘察记录了事故叶轮特征。再借助NX软件的有限元静力学分析确定了叶片并非受离心载荷与轴向载荷而断裂。通过观察断裂叶片外观特点和断口宏观特征,再借助有限元响应仿真计算出了叶轮的共振频率点,再结合理论分析最终确定了"共振"是叶片断裂的主要原因。
