摘要 从废旧镍氢电池硫酸浸出液中,用肟酸类萃取剂HBL110同步萃取镍钴锌。HBL110从含有众多金属离子的浸出液中,有选择性地将Ni2+、Co2+和Zn2+同步萃取,与Fe、Mn等杂质分离。负载有机相通过硫酸反萃即可得到纯净的NixCoyZn1-x-ySO4溶液,并可直接用作制备正极材料氢氧化镍的原料液。该方法避免了化学除杂工序带来的有价金属的损失,省去了镍钴结晶的成本,实际操作简单,废水废气少,主要试剂可循环使用。控制合适的工艺条件,可将硫酸浸出液中99.98%的Ni、98.46%的Co和89.62%的Zn萃取到有机相中,而其他金属Fe、Mn等仍残留于萃余液中。 Oxime acid extractant HBL110 was used to extract Ni,Co and Zn simultaneously from sulfuric acid leaching solution of waste MH/Ni battery. HBLllO could simultaneously extract Ni^2+ ,Co^2+ and Zn^2+ from leaching solution which contained a lot of metal ions, separated impurities such as Fe, Mn. The loaded organic phase could be reextracted through sulfuric acid to obtain pure NixC%Zn1-x-ySO4 solution which could be directly used as raw material to prepare cathode material nickel hydroxide. This method avoided valuable metal loss from chemical impurity removal process and saved the cost of Ni, Co crystallization, the operating was simple,the waste of water and gas was less, the main reagents was recyclable. By controlling suitable process conditions,99. 98% Ni,98.46% Co,89. 62% Zn were extracted into organic phase from sulfuric acid leaching solution while other metals such as Fe, Mn were remained in the raffinate.
