摘要
以三氧化二钒、铁粉为原料,石墨粉为还原剂,利用推板窑制备氮化钒铁。研究物料配比、混合物成型压力、氮化温度、氮化时间、氮气的流量等对氮化钒铁中氮含量的影响,得出最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明:配碳比(C/O)为0.65~0.7,铁粉20%~60%,混合物成型压力为9 MP,氮化温度1 450~1 500℃,氮化时间120~140 min,氮气流量2.5~3 L/min,产物钒含量40%~65%,氮含量12%~14%,密度3.5 g/cm^3。与传统工艺相比具有工艺简单,成本低廉,制备的氮化钒铁氮含量高、密度大等优势。
Nitrided ferrovanadium is prepared by pushed-bat kiln with vanadium trioxide and iron-bearing fines as raw material, graphite powder as reducing agent. The effects of the factors including material ratio, mixture moulding pressure, temperature, time and the nitrogen flow on nitrogen content are studied. The optimized parameters are presented as fol-lows:carbon ratio (C/O) is 0.65~0.7, iron-bearing fine is 20%~60%, the mixture moulding pressure is 9 MP, the nitrida-tion temperature is 1 450~1 500℃, nitridation time is 120~140 min, the nitrogen flow rate is 2.5~3 L/min. The composi-tion of the product is 40%~65%(V), 12%~14%(N) and the density is 3.5 g/cm3. The method is superior to traditional technology on simple craft, low cost, high nitrogen content and density.
