摘要 本文主要介绍了木质素制备香兰素的6种途径,分别是白腐菌降解法、硝基苯氧化法、湿空气氧化法、光催化氧化法、电化学氧化法和热裂解法。其中,白腐菌降解法只是一种途径,不具备利用价值;硝基苯氧化法和湿空气氧化法已实现工业化,但仍有些问题需要改进;而光催化氧化法、电化学氧化法和热裂解法目前还处在实验室或中试阶段,所以较为详细地介绍了这3种方法的研究进展及影响因素。本文所介绍的木质素制备香兰素的方法可为进一步的科研和工业化提供方向。 Six methods of preparing vanillin from lignin are introduced in this paper, they are phanerochaete chrysos- porium degradation, nitrobenzene oxidation, wet air oxidation, photocatalytic oxidation, electrochemical oxidation and pyrolysis method, respectively. Among them, phanerochaete chrysosporium degradation is only one method, it doesn't have use value; nitrobenzene oxidation and wet air oxidation have achieved industrialization, but there are still some problems; while photocatalytic oxidation, electrochemical oxidation and pyrolysis method are still in the laboratory or pilot stage, so more detailed descriptions about research progresses and influencing factors are given. The methods of preparing vanillin from lignin described in this article can provide a direction for further research and industrialization.
