摘要
以沙特中质渣油为原料,考察了超声波预处理对油品性质的影响.结果表明,随超声波处理时间的延长,油品黏度先降低后升高,60 min降黏率为6.52%;残炭含量先降低后趋于稳定.超声波处理后,渣油的分子结构和组成发生改变,油品的芳烃含量明显增加,胶质、沥青质含量明显降低,60 min降低率分别为29.54%和25.42%.超声波预处理可以强化微波改质效果,与直接微波改质相比,超声波预处理后再进行微波改质,油品的降黏率可提高6.44%、脱硫率提高7.02%、脱金属率提高3% ~9%,但超声波预处理阻碍了溶剂辅助微波改质的效果.与超声波后处理相比,超声波预处理对微波改质的促进作用更加明显,但两者在溶剂辅助微波改质方面效果相当.
The impact of ultrasonic treatment on product properties is investigated with SZ residue as feedstock.The results show that,with extension of ultrasonic treatment time,the product viscosity goes down first and then rises up,the viscosity reduction rate of 60 min is 6.52%,and the carbon residue goes down first and then becomes stable.After ultrasonic treatment,the average molecular structure of residue has changed,the potential aromatic in the product is obviously increased,the gum and asphaltenes are remarkably reduced,whose reduction rates of 60 minutes are 29.54% and 25.42% respectively.Ultrasonic pretreatment can strengthen the effect of microwave modification.As compared with direct microwave modification,after ultrasonic pretreatment and processing microwave modification,the rate of product viscosity reduction can be increased by 6.44%,desulfurization rate is elevated by 7.02% and metal removal rate is increased by 3% ~ 9%.But ultrasonic pretreatment affects the effect of solvent-assisted microwave modification.As compared with ultrasonic post-processing,ultrasonic pretreatment is more obvious in promoting effect of microwave modification.But in terms of solvent-assisted microwave modification,the effect of both is same.
