摘要
基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是一类对全身各组织细胞外基质降解进行调控的关键酶,MMPs通过对子宫内膜细胞外基质降解的调节,参与滋养层细胞侵袭的限速步骤,滋养细胞对子宫基层的浸润程度和血管重铸受其分泌量的影响。目前研究表明,MMPs与其特异性组织抑制物(Tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases,TIMPs)的失衡与妊娠期高血压疾病(Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy,HDCP)的发生、发展密切相关。因此,为进一步阐明HDCP的发病机制,也为HDCP的治疗提供新靶点,本文就目前研究比较多的几类MMPs及其与HDCP的关系进行综述。
Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) belong to a group of proteins enzyme,which play a key role in adjusting and controlling the degradation of each tissue extracellular matrix.MMPs regulate the endometrial extracellular matrix degradation,and then involved in the rate-limiting step of trophoblast invasion.The secretion of MMPs influence trophoblast cell invasion of the uterine grassroots and vascular remodeling.The present study showed that MMPs and the imbalance of their specific tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases(TIMPs) are closely related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy(HDCP).Therefore,to further elucidate the pathogenesis of HDCP and find a new target for the treatment,this study summarized some kinds of MMPs which are researched more in the current and their relationship with HDCP.
