摘要
区域产业转移是区域经济发展中的一种客观现象。随着区域合作的深入发展,加快推进承接东部产业对促进广西北部湾经济区发展具有重要的意义。而产业的有效转移离不开资金的支持,完善的金融服务体系是承接产业转移的基本要件。本文重点分析金融支持承接产业转移的必要性、三大原则,并在此基础上提出完善金融服务体系、推进广西北部湾经济区承接东部产业转移的对策建议。
Regional industry transfer is an objective phenomenon of regional economical development. It is impor- tant for Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone to promote accepting industry transfer from eastern. The effective industry transfer needs financial support. The paper analyzes the necessity and basic principles of financial supporting on indus- try transfer. Then the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve financial service system and promote Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone＇ s accepting industry transfer from eastern.
