摘要
目的比较经脐单孔腹腔镜与常规腹腔镜在阑尾切除术中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的62例阑尾炎患者,随机均分为对照组(常规腹腔镜阑尾切除术)和观察组(经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术),比较两组的手术时间、住院时间、住院费用,术后疼痛和并发症发生率。结果两组的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的住院时间显著短于对照组,住院费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后切口愈合好,瘢痕隐蔽,疼痛和并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术效果确切,具有创伤小、疼痛轻及恢复快等优点,优于常规腹腔镜阑尾切除术。
Objective To compare the application effect and safety comparison of transumbilical single port laparoscope and conventional laparoscope in appendectomy. Methods 62 patients with appendicitis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group（treated with appendectomy of conventional laparoscope） and observation group（treated with appendectomy of transumbilical single port laparoscope.Operation time,hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,the incidence rate of postoperative pain and complication of the two groups were compared. Results Operation time between the two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.The hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the hospitalization expenses in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Postoperative incision healed well in patients of the observation group with hidden scars,incidence rate of pain and complication in the observation group was lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transumbilical single port laparoscope and conventional laparoscope applied in the appendectomy has exact effect,and it has advantages of less trauma,less pain and quick recovery,and is better than the conventional appendectomy of conventional laparoscope.
