摘要
建立了同时测定进口天然气中氟、氯含量的离子色谱法。试样经活性炭吸附后,在160-180℃的温度下进行水蒸气蒸馏,试液中的氟和氯随着水蒸气逸出并被Na OH吸收液吸收,与基体和其他元素分离,吸收液中的氟和氯用离子色谱法测定。以高容量Ion Pac AS23型阴离子分离柱(4 mm×250 mm)和Ion Pac AG23型保护柱(4 mm×50 mm)为色谱柱,20 mmol/L NaOH溶液为淋洗液,用电导检测器检测。结果表明,氟和氯含量在1-25μg/m L范围内与相应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R)分别为1.0000和0.9996,样品中氟、氯测定结果具有较高精密度,加标回收率均达到95%以上。
The determination method of both fluoride and chloride content of import natural gas by ion chromatography had been established.Fluoride and chloride were separated through the distillation and absorbed by Na OH solution after samples of natural gas were absorbed by acticarbon at 160 - 180 ℃.Then they were tested by ion chromatography.The equipment conditions were as follows: Ion Pac AS23 anion separation column( 4 mm × 250 mm),Ion PacAG23 protect column( 4 mm × 50 mm),20 mmol/L Na OH solution as eluent and conductivity detector.The signal values of fluoride and chloride had a good linear relationship with peak area with 1.000 0 and 0.999 6 for either correlation coefficient,when fluoride and chloride concentration was between 1 μg/m L and 25 μg/m L.The recoveries could reach 95% above with high precision.
