摘要
空调换热器翅片因其壁厚过薄在成形过程中容易出现起皱和破裂等缺陷,传统的解决方法是取样分析和反复试验。应用数值模拟方法,可以观察成形过程中材料流动情况和等效应力的分布,为工艺设计和模具优化提供强有力的支持。以某空调换热器翅片为研究对象,基于所建立的有限元模型、运用Dynaform软件对其多工位级进冲压成形过程中所涉及的多道次拉深工序进行了数值模拟,预测了多道次拉深成形过程中可能出现的起皱、破裂等缺陷的区域,并对防止破裂产生的方法进行了研究。结果表明,较大的凸凹模圆角半径对改善拉裂缺陷影响显著。
Defects such as cracks and wrinkling occur easily in the forming of conditioner heat exchanger fin due to the over thin of wall thickness. The traditional solutions are the simple analysis and tests repeatedly. In this essay, the material flow and the stress distributions in the process of forming were obtained by numerical simulation, which provided enough support for the process design and die structure optimization. The heat exchanger fin used in the air conditioner was taking as the research object, the multi-step drawing processes in the progressive stamping process were simulated by the Dynaform software. The defective areas of wrinkling and cracking during multi-step drawing were predicted, and the prevention methods of the cracks were further researched. The results show that the bigger fillet radius of the punch and die has significant effects on preventing the crack.
