摘要 冲压生产过程仿真技术能在实际生产开始之前规划工艺过程。不同冲压件生产过程的仿真模型不同,在DELMIA软件的基础上提出了一个适合不同模具的通用仿真解决方案,开发的仿真系统实现了同一条生产线上不同模具的自动装配、交互式生产过程工艺规划及生产过程仿真分析,能提前预测并解决生产过程中可能产生的问题,为生产工艺的制订提供可靠依据。同时,对数据量大的冲压模具进行轻量化处理,提出了CGR格式轻量化模型的装配与运动仿真方法,提高了仿真效率。最后通过某车型B柱热冲压生产实例分析,验证了仿真系统的实用性与可靠性。 The simulation of stamping production process can be used to plan the process prior to the practical production. The simulation model is different according to various forming parts. Based on the DELMIA software, a general simulation system which is applicable for different forming dies was put forward. The developed system can realize the automatic assembly of different dies in the same production line, interactive process planning, simulation analysis, prediction and then solving the problems existing in the process in advance, and provide a reliable basis for formulating the production process. Meantime, stamping die with huge data was dealt with lightweight, and the method of kinematic simulation and assembly based on lightweight model of CGR type was proposed, the simulation efficiency was improved. Finally, the practicality and stability of the system were verified through analyzing hot stamping process of an auto B-pillar.
