超短脉冲激光对熔石英晶体烧蚀阈值的研究

摘要 研究脉宽分别为30fs,300fs,3000fs的激光作用到熔石英晶体上的烧蚀阈值,可以提高材料的加工精度,促进激光加工技术的实用化。结果表明:在超短脉冲时,烧蚀阈值可以精确确定,并且烧蚀阈值偏离与脉冲间隔平方根成正比的规律,烧蚀阈值与激光的脉冲宽度无关。文中结果与以前研究结果符合得较好。 Theoretical study of ablation threshold in fused silica by 30fs, 300fs, 3000fs laser pulse, from which can obtain the more precise processing and put the laser processing into practice. Analyzing the results, the authors know that ablation threshold can be definited exactly and deviation from direct ratio regularity of square root. The authors find that ablation threshold has nothing to do with laser pulse-width. Present results are in quantitative agreement with the previous studies.
