摘要
针对细粒、复杂、低品位的物料分选,浮选柱以其结构简单、占地小和易自动控制等优点倍受青睐。简述了浮选柱的分选特征、性能优势和研究进展,比较了几种常见浮选柱的分选机理、特征和各自的性能优势,重点阐述了浮选柱过程控制参数的特点、控制途径和控制算法的研究进展及存在的不足,展望了浮选柱未来的发展方向。
Aiming at minerals separation of fine particles ,complexity and low grade ,column flotation have been acclaimed owing to its several advantages such as simple structure ,small footprint and ease of autocontrol ,etc .Separation characteristics ,performance predominance and research advances of column flotation were briefly summarized . The comparison of sorting mechanism , functions and each of performance advantages of common column flotation were outlined and discussed .It focused on process control parameters features ,methods and algorithm progress of process control technologies and defects of column flotation .Eventually ,future direction of development of column flotation was prospected .
