摘要
介绍了环氧树脂自动压力凝胶(APG)工艺应用于中压互感器制造的基本原理,以及国内应用该工艺压注成型中压互感器的情况。比较了APG工艺在互感器和绝缘件制造应用中的不同,指出了采用APG工艺生产中压互感器的优势和应注意的问题。采用APG工艺压注成型中压互感器,产品电气性能、外观质量、生产效率等均有提高,值得推广,但在一些具体产品的生产工艺方面还有待进一步完善。
The basic principles of epoxy resin automatic pressure gelation technology( APG) for molding medium voltage instrument transformer and the domestic application status were introduced. The differents between APG process for transformer and insulation manufacturing applications were compared. The advantages and problems of the APG process for medium voltage transformers were pointed out. The product electrical performance,visual quality and production efficiency were improved by the APG pressure injection molding process for medium voltage transformers and worthy of promotion,but in the production process of some specific products should be further improved.
