摘要
通过对比多套连续重整装置氢气低温吸附脱氯设计实例,分析了2种重整氢脱氯罐平面布置形式和3种相关阀组配管布置方式的优劣。建议重整氢脱氯罐尽量靠近再接触吸收部分附近管廊,相关阀组布置于管廊柱子两侧地面上,安全阀组尽量降低标高等。
Based on some actual engineering designs of the dechlorination of hydrogen-rich reformed gas by lowtemperature adsorption,this paper contrastively analyzes two arrangements of the dechlorination tank for hydrogen-rich reformed gas and three piping designs of related valve group,and suggests that the dechlorination tanks should be arranged close to the pipe rack near the recontacting absorption section,the related valve group should be arranged on the ground at both sides of the pipe rack columns and the elevation of safety valve group should be minimized, providing references for similar piping design in the future.
