摘要
针对厚板焊缝冲击性能冲击功差异,从焊道分布、金相组织等方面进行分析,结果表明,不管是埋弧焊还是手工电弧焊,冲击缺口开在焊道间重结晶区时,冲击实验结果最好。主要是由于冲击缺口开在焊缝中间的重结晶区,避开了焊接形成的柱状晶区,重结晶区为细晶铁素体,冲击功高。
The difference exists in impact values for the welds in thick plate.It was shown from the results of the analysis for bead distribution and microstructure in welds that whatever with SAM or SMAW,the impact value index is the best if the impact notch is at recrystallization zone.Because in this way,the cylindrical crystallization zone is kept away,and the recrystallization zone is composed of fine crystallized ferrite for which impact value is high.
