摘要
介绍了陶瓷(球)材料的特性,陶瓷球轴承的应用特点及陶瓷球的各种检验检测方法。采用TP系列试块对陶瓷球荧光渗透检测的渗透剂进行了灵敏度试验,并优化了荧光渗透检测工艺。试验结果表明,优化后的荧光渗透检测工艺能够有效地检出陶瓷球的表面微细裂纹。
The ceramic(the ball)material characteristics are introduced and the application characteristics of ceramic ball bearings are analyzed.A variety of methods for detection of ceramic ball defects are investigated.Tests show that the optimized fluorescence penetration testing technology can effectively detect surface micro cracks in ceramic ball.
