对比分析开颅夹闭和血管栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤的临床效果与安全性 被引量:7

摘要 目的对比分析开颅夹闭和血管栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤的临床效果与安全性。方法 100例脑动脉瘤的患者,随机分为观察组50例和实验组50例。实验组采用血管栓塞的方法治疗,对照组采用开颅夹闭法进行治疗。结果实验组患者住院时间明显短于对照组患者住院时间,实验组并发症的发生率(4.00%)明显低于对照组并发症的发生率(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血管栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤的临床效果和安全性要明显好于开颅夹闭法,可以降低术后并发症的发生率,减少患者住院的时间,提高患者的生活质量,应该在临床上大量应用。
