Topology Optimization of an UAV Landing Gear Structure

摘要 为了探索拓扑优化设计在起落架结构上的应用,基于变密度法,建立了某型无人机起落架外筒支柱的拓扑优化模型,利用业内著名的结构优化平台OptiStruct,获得了满足多种典型工况下和多种约束条件下的最佳拓扑结构。对优化前后的模型进行静强度有限元仿真对比后,结果表明优化后的结构不仅减重20%,还大大降低了应力水平,满足强度和刚度设计要求。采用的拓扑优化设计方法对改进起落架结构设计,实现结构轻量化,提高飞机的性能和经济性具有重要意义。 In order to explore the application of topology optimization to the design of landing gear structure,the topology optimization model of an UAV landing gear outer cylinder is created based on the variable density method.Under the help of the well-known structure optimization platform OptiStruct,the optimal topology structure is obtained,which can meet the requirements of a variety of constraints and typical loading cases. The finite element simulation results show that it not only reduces the weight by 20% but also reduces the stress level greatly,and the design requirements of strength and stiffness are met. The topology optimization design method is of great significance for improving the landing gear structure design,realizing the lightweight design and enhancing the aircraft performance.
