摘要
在阐明垂直收放式起落架收放工作原理的基础上,给出了一种能够实现起落架垂直收放的提升机构设计方案,主要从提升机构的选取、设计及其主要构件滚珠丝杠副的参数确定等方面进行考虑。完成提升机构设计后为了确保其设计合理性,然后对提升机构主要构件滚珠丝杠副的静载荷失效及动载荷失效两种主要失效模式进行了详细分析,并建立了可靠性分析模型,然后计算得出具体可靠性结果。
Based on the clarification of vertical lifting type landing gear retraction principle,a design method which complies the vertical lifting landing gear retraction mechanism is given. Lifting mechanism selection,structural design and parameters determination of its main component-the ball screw vice’s are the main considerations in this study. In order to ensure the rational of the design of the vertical lifting landing gear retraction mechanism,two main failure modes-static load failure and dynamic load failure of the main component of the lifting mechanism-the ball screw vice are analyzed and the reliability analysis model is established,then the reliability index is calculated.
