摘要
为研究低比转数离心泵扬程Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级因素影响的综合排序,利用灰色理论分析了2个Ⅰ级因素(叶轮参数IP与蜗室参数VP)、4个Ⅱ级因素(叶轮进口参数IIP,叶轮出口参数IOP,蜗室平面参数VPP与蜗室断面参数VSP)和14个Ⅲ级因素(如叶轮进口直径D0,出口直径D2,基圆直径D3等几何参数)对扬程H的综合影响.通过大量计算,得到了Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级因素的综合影响排序.计算结果表明:在Ⅰ级因素中,IP对H影响最大,VP最小;在Ⅱ级因素中,IOP对H影响最大,VSP最小,而IIP与VPP介于前两者之间;Ⅲ级几何参数对H影响顺序,在IOP中为D2β2Zb2,在IIP中为β1D0b1,在VPP中为D3αs,在VSP中为b3b4hFⅦ;首次提出了离心泵扬程Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级影响因素及其Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级灰色关联度计算公式的新概念、新思路和新方法.结果对离心泵的研究设计以及现有产品改造提供了重要理论基础.
The first, second and third class factors that affect the head of low specific speed centrifugal pumps are ranked by using grey theory. The first class factors include the impeller parameter IF and volute parameter VP; the second class factors have four parameters, such as impeller inlet parameter liP, outlet parameter IOP, volute plane parameter VPP and cross-sectional parameter VSP; the third class factors involve 14 parameters, namely impeller eye diameter Do, outlet diameter D2 and volute base circle diameter D3 and so on. The results show that IP has the most important effect on the head but the effect of VP is the smallest for the first class factors. For the second class factors, the IOP effect is the largest, the VSP effect is the smallest, and the IIP and VPP influences are in between. For the third class factors, the head is affected in the order ( great to small) of D2β2Zb2,β1D0b1,D3αs and b3 b4 h FⅧ, respectively in lOP, liP, VPP and VSP parameter groups. The concept, idea and method on the classification of impeller and volute geometrical parameters are new, and the corre- sponding grey relational grade formulas are proposed firstly. The results achieved can provide an impor- tant basis for design and existing product update of low specific speed centrifugal pumps.
