摘要
在区域空间结构一体化演变中劳动力迁移机制和特征研究的基础上,以京津冀地区为研究对象,通过熵权法得出区域发展差异、区域饱和程度和区域工作环境三大影响因素十五个评价指标的权重得分,并通过计算因素评价值,进行空间分析,对京津冀地区一体化发展历程中劳动力迁移的限制因素及影响程度进行定量及定性分析,并从完善基础设施建设、推进区域一体化进程和扩宽发展渠道这三方面入手提出相应的优化策略。
Based on the study of labor migration mechanism and characteristics in the regional spatial structure evolution and entropy - value method jor influencing factors: taking Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region as the research object, the paper used the to work out 15 weight functions of evaluation indices involved with the three ma- the regional development difference, saturation degree and work environment. And by calculating the value of the factors and spatial analysis it also made quantitative and qualitative studies of factors influencing the labor migration in the regiong integrative development and the influen- cing degree as well, optimizing strategies are hence put forward, namely, improving the infrastructure construction, promoting the regional integrative development, and broadening the channels.
