摘要
技能型人才数量短缺、质量低、创新创业能力低、人才培养机构少等问题,制约了西藏文化产业的专业化水平、国际竞争力和可持续发展。政府应大力支持西藏文化产业发展,充分发挥职业教育在文化产业人才培养体系中的作用。如明确职业教育在文化产业中的地位与作用;增设与文化产业对接的新型专业;构建文化产业创新创业型、产学研合作人才培养模式;建立"双师型"教师队伍等。
Cultural power and competitiveness are the important symbol of national prosperity and national revival. Ethnic areas of cultural industry play an important role in enhancing the power and competitive- ness integrally, The skilled talents are the successor and innovator of cultural industry,and the key factor of culture soft power. There are special economic and social significance for the development of Tibetan cultural industry. However,the problem of skilled talents of Tibetan culture industry has not caused the attention of the society. This paper studies the Tibetan skilled talents education in the perspective of cultural industry,analyzes the multiple value dimensions of Tibetan cultural industry,discusses the passive impact of Tibetan skilled talents problem to the development of cultural industry,and proposes the strat- egies of Tibetan skilled talents education in the perspective of cultural industry.
