中国战略性新兴产业的技术创新效率——基于DEA-Malmquist指数模型 被引量:39

Technological Innovation Efficiency of Strategic Emerging Industry in China:Based on DEA-Malmquist Index Model

摘要 采用基于DEA模型的Malmquist指数分解方法,将战略性新兴产业技术创新的TFP增长分解为技术进步、纯技术效率和知识创新效率的变化。利用2005—2012年中国省际面板数据,测算了中国28个省级行政区域以及三大地区(东、中、西)战略性新兴产业技术创新的Malmquist指数,分析其TFP的动态变化、TFP增长变化原因、省际和区域分异特征以及TFP增长动力来源的区域差异。研究结果表明:2009年以后,中国战略性新兴产业技术创新的TFP增速减慢并呈下降趋势,主要原因是技术进步速度快速下降,纯技术效率、知识创新效率逐渐成为影响战略性新兴产业技术创新的TFP增长率的主要因素;分地区来看,三大地区战略性新兴产业技术创新的TFP增速减慢且TFP增长率呈倒"U"型分布;TFP增长的动力来源存在区域差异,即东、西部地区主要依赖技术进步,但技术进步速度明显减慢,而中部地区主要依赖技术效率的增长,但增幅不大。 Using the Malmquist index method based on DEA model,this paper decomposes the total factor productivity(TFP)growth of techno logical innovation in strategic emerging industry into the changes of technical progress,pure technical efficiency and knowledge innovation effi eiency. Then it uses the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2012 to calculates the Malmquist indexes of technological innovation in strategic emer ging industries of 28 provinces in China,and analyzes the dynamic changes of TFPs of them and their reasons, and the provincial and regional characteristics.and the regional difference in power source of TFP growth. The results show as follows:the growth speed of TFP of technologi cal innovation in strategic emerging industry of China takes a tendency of decrease since 2009, which is mainly due to the rapid decrease of tech nieal progress;in terms of different areas,the growth speed of TFP of technological innovation in strategic emerging industries of three regions hecome slow and the distribution takes on U sharp;there is the regional difference in the power source of TFP growth, that is,eastern and west ern regions mainly rely on technological progress, but technological progress speed slow significantly, and the central region mainly depends on the growth of technical efficiency.
