摘要
钛合金强度高、密度低、耐热耐腐蚀、韧性好,是良好的现代工业和航空航天材料。采用等温锻造工艺的钛合金变形均匀,微观结构较好,加工余量小,机械性能高于常规锻造。文中介绍了近10年等温锻造钛合金材料研究及产品开发进步现状,总结了温度和应变速率在钛合金等温锻造中的影响效果。同时结合新材料和新工艺分析了今后钛合金等温锻造研究的发展方向。
Titanium alloy is good modern industry and aerospace materials with high strength,low density,better heat- resisting, corrosion resistance and high causticity resistanc, e. Isothermally forged tilanium alloy have a well-dislributed detbnnation,better micro-structures,little working allowance,and its mechanical properties are superior to normal forging. This article introduced the material research and product development progress of isothermal forging of titanium alloy in recent 10 years. The influenee of temperature and strain rate on the titanium alloy isothermal forging is summarized. The future development of titanium alloy isothermal forging is analyzed combined with new materials and new technology.
