摘要
某核电机组引进国外技术,其轴承箱内壁采用新型涂料进行防锈操作,但由于缺少相关的涂漆经验,在生产设备准备、涂漆工艺及执行方面存在问题,在调整部分涂漆工艺后,轴承箱内壁质量满足了要求。文中对轴承箱涂漆工艺影响因素进行了分析,并提出了控制措施,在实践中改善了轴承箱涂漆的质量。
In a nuclear turbine which applies foreign advance technology, the bearing-box inner surface should be painted by using new paint. Due to lack of experience, the paint quality of has a big problem, Regarding with the problem, the process of painting was analyzed, countermeasures were proposed, then the quality of the painting was improved.
