摘要
结合各型射孔枪连接螺纹使用情况,列出了3种螺纹型号和基本参数。通过结构参数分析对比,采用理论分析计算,在考虑螺纹牙最大载荷分布规律的前提下,对3种连接螺纹的性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,与三角形螺纹和米制梯形螺纹相比,美制梯形螺纹的承载能力更强,综合性能更好,在设计射孔枪连接螺纹时建议优先选用。
Combined with use state of the connection threads t+or the perforating gun,the specification and basic parameter of the three different connecting threads are listed. Considering the distribution of maximum load on the thread,the contrastive analysis of the threads' structure parameter and connection strength were carried out by theoretical calculation methods. The results showed that the canting capacity and comprehensive performance of ACME thread was better than ordinary. triangular thread and metric trapezoidal screw threads,and the ACME thread had priority to he used in the connection of oil perforating gun.
