摘要
目的:了解山东省农村学龄前留守儿童家庭养育情况,为进一步开展有效的健康干预提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法共抽取山东省2个县735例学龄前儿童监护人,并利用自制调查问卷进行调查。结果:50.0%以上的留守儿童监护人对养育孩子感到为难和很重的负担;留守与非留守儿童监护人平时对待孩子的行为差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);留守儿童不同类型监护人平时对待孩子的行为差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应加强对农村学龄前留守儿童监护人普及家庭教养方式的教育,从而保证儿童身心健康的全面发展。
Objective To understanding the family parenting condition of preschool left-behind children in rural area of Shandong, so as to provide evidence for putting forward effective health intervention means. Methods The method of stratified-cluster-random sampling was adopted in this study. Elect 735 cases of preschool children's guardian from 2 counties of Shandong, and surveyed with self-made questionnaire. Results More than 50.0% of the left-behind children's guardians raising children feel embarrassed and heavy burden; The difference was statistically significant on the behavior of life-behind and non-life-behind children's guardians treat children in usual ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The difference was statistically significant on the behavior of different types of left-behind children's guardians treat children in usual( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions We should strengthen the parenting styles education for preschool left-behind children's guardian in countryside, so as to ensure the development of the children's physical and mental health.
