摘要
以枣果经榨汁后的枣渣为原料,研究枣渣不同溶剂(水、甲醇、乙醇和丙酮)提取物中抗氧化成分(总酚和总黄酮)的含量以及抗氧化性能(DPPH自由基清除性能,TEAC,RP)。研究结果表明,有机溶剂的种类、浓度对枣果渣提取物中的总酚、总黄酮含量以及抗氧化性能的影响是显著的;60%的丙酮成为最有效的枣果渣提取的溶剂,60%的甲醇和60%的乙醇能较好的提取枣渣中的抗氧化成分,提取物也表现出较高的抗氧化活性。
Total phenolics content (TPC) and total flavonoids content (TFC) in jujube pomace have been researched. The antioxidant capacity (AOC) of various solvent extracts of water, methanol, ethanol, acetone were measured by 1, 1-diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) and reducing power (RP). The results suggested that effect of kinds and concentrations of organic solvents on TPC, TFC and AOC of extracts from jujube pomace were significant. Of all the solvents employed, 60% acetone extract showed highest anlount of antioxidants and AOC, while 60% methanol and 60% ethanol extract showed higher value.
