摘要
基于新疆淮东煤炭资源开采过程中顶底板和夹矸的混入导致煤质不稳定的情况,以大井南矿井配套选煤厂工艺设计为例,介绍了原煤灰分预测,资料调整以及分选工艺的确定方法,指出在设计过程中,应重视煤质资料分析和校正;对于动力煤选煤厂,在满足产品的要求下,应尽量降低末煤的入选量;要充分考虑系统的灵活性,适应煤质和产品结构的变化。
Based on the coal quality instability in coal exploitation of Xinjiang Huaidong coal resources,caused by roof,floor and inter- band mixed in coal,taking the process design of Dajingnan coal preparation plant as an example,the paper introduced methods for coal ash forecasting,data adjustment and process determination,emphasized the analysis and revise of coal quality data; pointed out that,the fine coal feed should be as few as possible,on the premise of a satisfied product quality; the preparation system flexibility should be fully considered,to adapt the change of coal quality and product structure.
