摘要 目的探讨药学干预对鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性与抗菌药物使用强度的成效对比。方法收集我院2012年1月至2014年1月住院患者中检出鲍曼不动杆菌263株的药敏结果和同期间抗菌药物使用情况的临床资料,运用SPSS18.0统计软件行数据分析。结果鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢曲松和左氧氟沙星耐药率存一年时间内从69.84%和37.69%上升剑87.26%和59.81%,敏感性较强的亚胺培南从8.69%上升到11.32%.头孢哌酮/舒巴坦两年分别为7.9l%、4.05%,良好保持着其敏感性;鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢他啶耐药率和头孢哌酮/舒巴坦呈正相关,相关系数0.923;对阿米卡星耐药率和哌拉婀林/他唑巴坦使用量呈负相关,相关系数-0.913。结论鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性随着抗生素的使用逐年增高,与抗生素使用种类和强度有关,医院对抗生素使用应做到限制抗菌药使用、有规律的轮换,以减少超级耐药菌的产生。 Objective To explore Discussion on effect pharmaceutical intervention on the drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii and the antibiotics use intensity. Methods The results of drug sensitivity of 263 strains of acinetobacter baumannii in the patient hospitalizedinto our hospital from January, 2012 to January, 2014 and the clinical data of their antibacterial drug usage were collected and analyzed with SPSS 18.0 statistical software. Results The drug resistant rates of acinetobacter baumannii against ceftriaxone and levofloxacin increased from 69.84% and 37.69% to 87.26% and 59.81% in one year, against imipenem from 8.69% to 11.32%, and against cefoperazone / sulbactam in two years were 7.91% and 4.05% respectively with good sensitivity. The drug resistant rate of acinetobacter baumannii against ceftazidime positively correlated with cefoperazone / sulbactam; the correlation coefficiency was 0.923. The drug resistant rate of acinetobacter baumannii against amikacin negatively correlated with the dosage of piperacillin / tazobactam; the correlation coefficient was -0.913. Conclusions Drug resistance of acinetobacter baumannii increases with the use of antibiotics year by year and associates with the type and use intensity of antibiotics. At hospital, antibiotic use should be restricted and regularly changed to reduce the generation of super resistant bacteria.
